Default Closed my gunbroker account today

I closed my gunbroker account today: Am unable to contact anyone concerning 2 false negative feedbacks given, and advised no one human cares. Que sera. My feedback on e-bay is 200+ a couple, 100% positive, and because of one gone south transaction, where I pay-pal'd twice the money, within 24 hours, with no contact, on buy it now transaction, and then accused me of trying to defraud? E-bay rightly now forbids retaliatory ratings, but because of this, my recent ratings are now 66% negative.
Contact with GB is difficult, and also has been negative. Past sales have included DsHK 1838 matching, Izzy HB FAL, and FAL PARA 90%.

Please also note my upgrade to seller on auction arms.com. I expect to be listing soon a fair # of better than average items. At least auction arms has a phone # and human to deal with. And they're NRA recommended.

Responses with experience trying to deal with GB are invited.

Regards, kendwell ( my name no matter where I deal, case you're interested)

I've never had a problem with GB. I've only had about 15 or so transactions over the last 8 or 9 years though.

Mr "kendwell" certainly was able to contact our support department on several occasions. When informed of the feedback policy which is clearly posted at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and the fact that such an extended period had elapsed since the feedback had been posted that we were unable to modify it he chose to post slanderous remarks here rather than deal with the facts. We are certainly sorry to see any customer leave.

I plan on opening an account at GB to help with my "house cleaning" so to speak. I will post any bad experiences if I have them. I have heard of VERY FEW issues with GB, which is why I will be using them.

Also: GunBroker is bigger than AuctionArms, and also looks 10 times better...

GunBroker.com: Quick suggestion... Keep the look you got now. The new one looks funny... Also, can Gunco users get a discount?

I have sold on GB for years without any problems. I have a 200+, A+ rating there and would not consider selling on any other open to the public site. Everything I list sells. I have many folks who now buy directly from me and have it shipped to their FFL.

Gun Broker works well for me.

I think alot of auction sites are trying to get away from the casual seller and move toward big sellers. I have used E-bay quite a bit but I try to stay with forums now where there is more of a community sence. Just my .02

Folks, sorry to hear it didn't work out for you on the "other site".

Thanks for considering us, I hope you do try AuctionArms.com, we are the BEST place on the internet for firearms auctions for a reason. You can reach someone in person if you have a problem or dispute. Just click on our "[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]" menu item to get in touch with a real person.

As strong supporters of the NRA, we have recently rolled out a new feature so that sellers can designate a portion of the proceeds from an auction to go directly to the NRA. If you are an NRA member, you can also proudly display your affiliation and membership level in an avatar next to your name in your auctions.

If you are not an member of the NRA, sign up or renew your membership today using this link [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
