Bigger doesn't always equal better. I like both sites for different reasons. I have in the past had difficulty reaching a real person at GB and had to e-mail to get a response. Both AA and GB have been around a long time, and early on you could reach a real person at GB. I am a member at both sites, but predominently use GB due to their "No pay until you sell" set up. I hate paying fees for something that didn't sell.
