My wife's great uncle is near death at the Ft Thomas VA hospital across the river in Kentucky. Tom is 96 years old and settled in Cincinnati after the war. Tom is in a coma and is not expected to be with us much longer.I met Mr Tom Griffin around 1990 after marrying his great niece Amy Griffin.

Sorry to hear this, my friend

We mourn the loss of each of these great men

On the Mil channel they did a show on these men

And I remember that they had said that one

Of them was shot down in Europe and was

Held as a POW

If there ever was a symbolic mission, the doolittle raid was it. What a brave man! May he get the rest he deserves. My sincere condolences.
