We are long past the time for talk. That last box is begging to be opened and THEY are the ones lifting the lid.

dummy me I was still thinking there was a few good democrats, now the list just got smaller, not real impressed with the republican party for than matter either.
next will be Gov. Chris Christy to boost himself for the upcoming election he will chime in saying we need some form of gun control( he is not pro 2A) just like he threw Romney under the bus during hurricane Sandy. this way the democratic/socialist will like him

You are correct about the Ruby Ridge scenarios, there will be one here if they come for my guns, i.e. my freedom. This is one of the few things I would fight for. How many out there are willing to go the distance?

Ok first off we know NORMAL CAPACITY magazines are not traditionally used for hunting deer, or moose, or buffalo, or ducks, or squirrels, or... you get the point. But that's not why people buy them. When you allow the police to have something the public isn't allowed to have you are intentionally balancing the scale in your favor. Hey let's look at my situation... Not one of my guns that I lost in a terrible accident were ever meant for hunting.

Ask yourself this... If you had a bolt gun... What is the average response time of the police? Now how fast can you work a bolt? How many shots is that?

Now you have a Colt 1911 with the acceptable 7 round magz... Time your reload time...

Is it sinking in? These are feel good laws and attempting to say something like that in W.V. is just straight stupid. That would be like Skelator Pelosi telling Kalifornians to get off welfare...

This is a moot point. In a situation like this one side blames the guns the other side blames video or a shift in society. All I can say is this guy just lost his job. Obviously he is not voting on behalf of his constituents, just off personal beliefs which isn't his job. You have to love these guys in Washington. I mean the lobbyists. They love this. They talk about it at the bar at night. Create drama. One side against the other. Either way both our companies get rich. You be anti-gun I'll be anti-violence. This will be fun.

It's brewing though. Hey if the 2nd Amendment was made when semi automatic weapons weren't conceived than the 4th Amendment was made before before e-mails and phones were conceived. I say let our politicians set the example. Show us what you have been doing behind closed doors and let us choose what we are willing to adhere to and what things we feel YOU are doing which aren't covered in constitution. It will be fun... That way they know what unemployment feels like.

Can you imagine the backlash that would happen if ONE person was killed during an attempted confiscation. That person would be martyred by the entire Gun Owning Community. I think it would get ugly. And everybody I talk to about it says "Oh if the military came through there would be no way to stop them." But how many military/police do you think would go home and not particiapate in a confiscation? Crazy thing to think about.
