Default Gun Log Book

You can get both hard back bound log books and wire bound log books with the ATF guidelines and page formats from bookfactory.com. They also have gun collector log books as well.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] has a few types of FFL log books. The hardbound book has been recommended before.

I've heard the ATF is recommending professionally bound books. Part of passing an inspection is appearing from the outset that you have your act together. A professionally bound book starts things off right, and they're not that expensive. There are several sites out there that sell them. Amazon has a few, just type in "gun log book". Also, [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] There are gun collectors log books and firearms acquisition and disposition log books (FFL log books). You might also check local gun shows as I've seen vendors selling different log books.

I guess I'm just cheap... just whipped up pages on the computer, print and put in a binder. I also like to fill the fields in that way too as I don't like to handwrite in the little boxes.

Hi SA58- Im Cheap too. I got an empty bound school notebook at a yard sale, and took a pen, and ruler and inked in all the lines for the proper categorys, and filled in the titles etc., numbered the pages ...cost was 15 cents and a bit of time.

Only 1 page full so far, so Im guessing since I have an 03 the thing will outlast me.
