Default need to contact Gunbrokers.com

I have tried for more than a week to contact Gunbrokers.com about money that was taken out of my acct in the tune of 491.00 for guns that they said that I sold on there.. Didn't happen-- now I cannot get a hold of them at all -- not even by email-- does anyone have a number to a live person there?

How would Gunbroker take money out of your account ???? They don't handel the money or the transaction or should haver any access to your account ?????? unless you gave them your account number an such they cant. An would you give them your info??????????

some thing don't add up here???????? Why would you pay for stuff you sold ?????????

You need to contact your bank !!!!! An the sherrifs department or other leo,s if you have been ripped off. The bank will put a stop on your account an investigate .

You have to give them a credit card number before selling anything. Then they charge your account once a month whatever fees you owe them.
Someone sold quite a bit ,in order to have over $400.00 in commissions due.
I would put a freeze on the account before anymore is charged to it before I did anything else.

I UNDERSTOOD IT THAT HE WAS BEING CHARGED THE PRICE OF THE GUN SOME HOW.

STILL THE BANK IS WHO DOES THE DISPUTE.

BEST OF LUCK TO THE OP. HOPEFULY THE BANK IS NOT ANTI GUN LIKE SOME OF THE HORROR STORIES I HAVE HEARD.

Call your CC company and dispute the charges. Try to sign into your gunbroker account and see who has been using it.

Yeah I don't get why someone would join here just to find out how to get a hold of GunBroker, they don't even sponsor this site?

And that must of been one hell of a sale or a lot of items sold, it's 2.5% up to $1000 and items over $1k is the 2.5% for $1000 and 1.25% on the balance over $1k.
Example on an item that sells for $1500;
1000 x 2.5% = $25
500 x 1.25% = $6.25
So your fees for selling a $1500 item is about $31.25 (options like bold or colored text, or a lot of pictures is extra).
That's got to be about 15 $1500 guns sold in one month, that's like $22,000 worth of guns
