Default Newest one by Bill O'Reilly

Don't know if anybody watched the show tonight. Mr O'Reilly thinks we need to strengthen background checks...

Pause... All this talk about strengthening background checks has me pretty confused. What the hell does that even mean? Does that mean I could have been lying on background checks this whole time without fear of legel repercussions? Or does that mean no more FtF sales? Anybody who can tell me what stronger background checks means would definitely teach me something new.

Ok so he also feels people should register ARs... Or anything else with big magazine clips. That's right... "MAGAZINE CLIPS."

Makes you chuckle doesn't it. I wonder if he wants us to register any guns with the "Shoulder thing that goes up"?

They are all reading from the same script. Government supplied.

It's called television programing for a reason.

I watched some A-hole senator on the news describe some of what they are talking. The first, biggest thing is medical/psyclogical background checks.
This will break the Dr/patient confidentiality. If you are, or HAVE EVER been prescribed Pozac, Ritalin (or 60 ish other drugs on the list.) You will not be allowed to buy a firearm, or KEEP THE ONES THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE!!
Being on that CORY (not sure of the spelling) list will have the same effect.

It makes sense seeing as they have been shoving Ritalin down kids' throats for year now. What used to be taken care of with a strong swat upside the head now now requires a prescription. So if that's the case do you think they are going to reach that far back and ban you from exercising your rights?

Thats been one of my biggest fears. If you've EVER been on an anti-depressant, or have been treated by a therapist or phychiatrist, then you're screwed, and will be stripped of your 2nd Amendment RIGHTS!!!!!

Yup I wonder if it would apply even if you were prescribed anti-depressants for tobacco cesation. Wait a minute... No wonder that was the standard for the military in country. I had a bunch of buddies who were walking around with bottles full of anti-deppressants and when I asked them why they said "Becasue that's what they give you when you are trying to quit smoking or chewing."

I dont watch too much tv anymore, but was flicking channels last nite to see what bs the talking heads were spewing. oreilly is bad but msnbc takes the cake. the big progressive/socialist ed whatever his name is was bashing the evil assault weapons, actually said that people dont need the same weapons that are issued to our troops, then they played a clip of someone shooting a fa ar. truely disgusting to watch this bs. and yes I think they are all reading from the same script and winning the propaganda war.
