congress cant come up with a budget but everybody but him has o suffer. what if the secret service got a big cut and the maintennance workers at the white house got the axe. it should stART FROM THE TOP BEFORE IT GETS TO THE BOTTUM IN MY BOOK!

I agree to a point, it shouldn't start at the bottom is right, but it should be across the board.
They say it's going to be basically a 2.3 or 2.5% cut of the budget. So is 2.5 cents of ever dollar to much to ask from every department? I don't think so, I have to cut more then that on things just because of the price of gas and food going up recently
