if i have to pay sales tax when i go into a local store and buy something you should have to pay the same sales tax if you order it over the internet.

they been doing that for years--along with some of the other stores.

wally-mart gets all those government backed perks to build those super-centers and either a cut rate or no sales tax at all is usually part of the deal.

i have yet to be in a wall mart that don't still collect the sales taxes though.

some state sued wally-martz for back sales taxes a few years back--i'll look around
