So is it a fact that there are no 911 recording?

I have never heard were the 911 recordings could not be used as evidence 1 way or the other or were they have never been kept. I have always been under the impression that they can be public record if they are involved in a court case as well.

I'm not saying the story is BS I'm a really asking some honest simple questions here.

Recordings that police agencies and thier agents 911 centers etc, do not and usally will not release any recordings in what is considered an on going investigation, or anything that may have to do with a Homeland security Issue, The Patroit Act Covers alot of territory. How ever a person can do Freedom of Information Act form to have it released. In the majority of cases the onl;y way it will get released is if a Reporter dose it .unless you have a paticular intrest in the case such as you are involved and you can use it as eveidence. Such in a case Im involved with I have summited over 30 freedom of information act forms for a case I;m working on....Doc

Liddy is one tough hombre. On a radio talk show..

Hell I don't care, my wife owns 30 weapons.

But by being "committed" to lock-down for observation, not good.
Where is kernel he knows this stuff?
Look on the form you fill out when you purchase from an FFL..
"Have you ever been committed for psychological observation."
Committed is the key word here, not voluntary.. So she would have to legally answer yes. Yes opens up a whole can of worms on the sale. She might get a conditional till they check things out..
My neighbor got hauled off. Kept screaming and playing loud music early morning hours. Really did not do anything wrong, just driving us all nuts.
L.O.s finally had enough.. Much easier to drive him too the looney bin and drop him off, than loose a whole shift driving him way south of the county too jail.
He really was not doing anything bad. Neighbors just got tired of listening too Rap Diddy on full blast at 3:00 a.m.
They took his guns. A month later he got a lawyer and got them back..
So can Mrs. Liddy get her guns back.. Probably yes.
She just may have difficulty, on her next FFL purchase.
