ok now that you've built yours is it cheaper than buying 1 or no.

i've done some digging into building an oven vs just buying 1.

i know depending on the size u want it can be rather pricey.

what's ur opinion?

I have just under $200 in mine. The advantage to building vs.buying is sizing to your needs. Too big takes longer to heat and costs more to run, too small is useless. The heat treat companies around me have minimum charges per load that make that $200 investment disappear in a couple of uses.

Hell I thought it was a lot more then that to build one, mainly the controls, I might look into this some more.
