This is an easy way to resize pictures it is done Paint that is included in windows XP.

If you are running XP you can also get a free image re-sizer from Microsoft. It is one of their power toys.

Since we do our size limits in pixels it's handy to have a program that sizes like that. Let me see if I can find a good freeby.

Did it help you do it? I can also help you out on doing pic hosting and resizing on www.flickr.com or www.photobucket.com. they both do hosting and auto resizing.
