I've also been hit or miss, but not near as bad as some horror stories. Mostly they just graded items too high or had parts missing, or my favorite.... order a bunch of stuff and get only 2-3 small add on items that you wouldn't of bought from them had you known they really didn't have the larger items you really placed the order for because they have no clue what they actually have in stock.
