Army personell can bring any weapon on post as long as it's registered, doesn't matter if it's full auto or what. With the right sticker on your windshield they just wave you on by. You can't check every vehicle that comes through, there's just so much traffic coming and going. If nothing much has changed then the MP's don't have ammo for thier weapons either.
