Without a doubt.

Here's another way you can tell, check the close ups of the rifles starting at around 1;10 in the video.

Is it normal for a marine to leave the bolt out of his weapon?

Marines Never leave the bolts out of their rifles unless ordered to do so by a yellow bellied POTUS!

Yup you take the venom out of a snake and you got yourself a belt...

Those are fully funtional rifles used for the purpose of drill. They have been modified to perform certain ways during show, but functional none the less. But I get why they did it. You wouldn't want one of them to load itself and start shooting everybody like many guns do.

When Bush Sr was at Ft Campbell they did the same thing. :)

When Reagan visited us in 1982, we did NOT have disabled weapons. Ours were fully functional. In fact, Officers and NCOs were issued ammo.

Another era.

Issued ammunition to a person that resides in Kalifornia? Now that's phuqued up.

A coup is and has been going on, glad to see someone else recognize that fact.

coup d'état

A coup d'état typically uses the extant government's power to assume political control of the country. In Coup d'État: [a] coup consists of the infiltration of a small, but critical, segment of the state apparatus, which is then used to displace the government from its control of the remainder. The armed forces, whether military or paramilitary, are not a defining factor of a coup d'état.
