the majority of people where i worked sided against romney. key words there, they didn't necessarily like obama but they despised romney. big fat cat multi-millionaire who wants to cut taxes on the top end. you think anyone making 25k or 35k gives 2 shits about someone making 5 or 10 million and his 'problems' cause his taxes might go up a few points ?

Although that is a belief of many that even I know the fact of the matter is no matter how much money you have you vote is worth the same as everybody else. Nobody tells you how to vote, it's a choice and even my dumber friends saw the clarity in the election choice. The two sides could not have been more opposite one another. Freedoms vs. Free Stuff. If people choose not to vote for people because they are rich and out of touch with the majority of America, then niether one of the two should have gotten any votes. All I know about both Candidates is this... What we are shown about both of them is a lot different than what's truly there.

what's clearly shown is the fact that there is a desperate need for a viable 3rd party. you have the left with the dnc and the right with the gop, something is needed for everyone else

That third party is one that needs to have the best of the right: 1) Support of the 2nd Ammendment, 2) Hard on crime, 3) Supports a fiscally sound but still strong military, 4) Protects our borders, 5) Protects individual freedoms of our citizens by following the constitution

But it also needs some of the best of the left: 1) Sound, fiscal, limited social welfare for those TRULY in need with a weaning off of welfare of those whose cheat, steal, and destroy our country by being parasites. 2) Protects the rights of workers.

It will never happen because money talks and that is what truly rules the country.
