Got out the Army in 2008. After looking around and still not being able to find solid employment, moving to a different state and still not finding decent employment, I am already in the process of going back in. I miss my old job.

i hear ya there!miss my old job too!but i dont have the option to go back in
unfortunatley there spreadin the military too thin and new willing troops are hard to come by
so the oldtimers become re-treads!(like tires-not as in dumb)

are you hitced with the local reserves or the guard?
somtimes they can make it go faster
and while your waitin try doing some corespondence courses
never hurts to add those points up!!

You should have a poll option for underemployed for those with part-time jobs.

Under employed is what I might end up as eventually? After unemployment and COBRA runs out.

Making an out of city move to take a job in my skill set is a possibility now? Otherwise, I may have to apply at the local gun store or Home Depot?

Currently in the TX state National Guard. My paperwork was submitted two weeks ago. I requested speedy processing, they know I'm unemployed and can't find a solid job here...
