Default feral swine

anybody ever do any pig hunting? in states that have them there are few if any restrictions. In oregon you can use any weapon you want on them. They are not common, I went out looking for them a few weeks ago but only found a bunch of tracks.

Yes years ago I went with a fella I worked with to LA Alabama (lower Alabama) and shot a large wild bore hog ?think the Alabama natives said it was a Russian Bore?. Shot it with my S&W 44 mag. Should have had the head mounted but things just didn?t work out.

Years back, when I still lived in East Texas, a buddy of mine and I had several trails along the Sabine River that we set traps on. I don't know if he's still one, but he used to be a blacksmith. He did horseshoes for a lot of people in that area, and got access to some really good private hunting and fishing spots.
