Day's catch

So I went out for a couple of hours this morning to my favorite lake and caught 16 fish.
Two of the trout were keepers, all were legal, but the topper was the 13" Kokanee I bagged when I switched from a 5/16ths to a 3/8 oz rudder weight to go deeper.

Have to honestly say that it's the largest Kokanee that I or my buddy have ever seen let alone caught!

I was also using a nickle plated large Ford Fender and a red wedding ring and red snubber, the trout were caught on a green wedding ring and a plain snubber.

Congrats! I've only wet a line once this year. Curious what kind of changes the wicked winter ice storm did to the local smallmouth creek...

Think I'll blow today's work off and do some wading!
