Default Fishing, camping hiking books: Recommendations?

Wow! An empty forum. Ok, here;s an author recommendation:

Ellsworth Jaeger. In print at Border's: Wildwood Wisdom. Lehman's carries it now after my referral. Excellent for youngsters, too excellent line drawings throughout, from desert to winter, canoes, camping, woodcraft, tracking, even snowshoe making. Search the author listing at Amazon. Earlier books include easy crafts, for even very young kids, and out of print ones too.

Old Boy Scout Handbooks are good, I had one from the mid-70's that had some really good stuff in it.
