lol.....thanks for sharing that Snook. I had an incident similar but not nut-retracting (well I don't have em but I assume it's not as bad...lol) I wanted to make sure I wasn't being cruel to my dog by using the shock collar--lets just say--she didn't have the unfortunate pleasure of having it used on her once Momma tested it.....lol

Alot of people confuse taser with stun gun, thinking they are the same thing. They are not. Chromebolt is talking about a taser, snook is talking about a stun gun.

I got zapped with the acring variety once(Think it took a 9 volt)by a friend who accidentally activated it as she was handing it to me so I could examine it.WHAM!My left arm was immobilized and tingling a good 15 minutes and I felt all numb.They DO work.

Don't laugh, but I did this for real. I had too, thank God that I was sitting down! 
No more dating for me thank you, they carry that pepper spray too! LOL

chromebolt, I owned a Stungun when they first came out 15, 20 years ago and have been hit with the new tasers that shoot the probes. The stunguns packm more of a wallop than the Tasers. I know from personal exp.

I defer to your experience.  I've only been shot by the M and X26 Tasers.
