    Well, at least he extracted that woman's tooth with the roots intact! That does take some skill. And it looks like no drugs involved. How many American Dentists could provide effective care under those circumstances?

    I have seen this kind of thing in every 3rd world shit hole since the 1980's. These guys are PROs.
