Uncle Sam
Uncle Sam used to be a kind and benevolent old gentleman who was a pleasure to have around. At one time, he believed in doing everything he could to help his “family.”
But, now, he has become a free-loading deadbeat who hangs around stealing everything that he can get his hands on.
When you’re not looking, he prowls all through your house snooping through your affairs. He goes through your wallet and other possessions, and will take anything that is not nailed down. He tells you that he will provide for you, and then robs you to pay for it.
He pays his bills by writing bad checks, if he pays them at all. He is totally irresponsible with money, squandering every cent that he can beg, borrow or steal.
He is a bum-a cheap chiseling two-bit hood who tries to get all he can from the system without having to work for it. He doesn’t have a clue about how to make an honest living.
He lies about some of the family members, in order to create dissension among them.
He says that those who work are unfair to the rest. He himself neither works nor tries to provide his own way but spends all of his time scheming to get something for nothing.
He has no respect for law and order but will abuse them any time it suits him. He has degenerated into a sleazy thug.
I guess that every family has at least one “black sheep.” But, why did I get him?
