Default site outage 4/29/09

Todays site outage was caused by our ISP. Their DNS servers went offline and it took them forever to get them back online.

The Gunco site was operational it was just no one could resolve the name over the internet.

Next thing is to get multiple DNS servers setup....so this doesn't happen again.....

Interesting. Admins, do you know there is not DNS resolution from AT & T DNS servers as of 10 am PDT?

It wasn't just DNS servers.

Using [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] the site wouldn't load, either.
