You forgot funnels of assorted sizes, you could tie it into # 74.
You ever try to pour from a large water can into a drink bottle?
Hard to do with out a funnel.

And Dust mask or nuisance mask, in the event of a major disaster with dead body’s stinking up the place they help cut the odor.
Work it in with #88

this is an old list. iirc it waqs for y2k preparedness, so yes, it could use a few updates.

one thing i didnt see mentioned was extra prescription meds, and ASPRIN!! possibly intended to be included in "first aid kit" or "vitamins", but i think its important enough to be mentioned seperatley.

No, they really don't. Gas masks hardly cut it, been there. Change your filters afterward or get a reminder next time you put it on.

Not the most recommended solution but a dustmask dampened w/ a little gas will help de-sensitize one to the odour somewhat.

Regular roadside flares are excellent to have as well. Also, plastic(like in rain slickers, panchos or painting drop cloths).
Did I miss radio(handcrank), batteries and guns?
