Thanks, but if I am that desperate for a gun, I will grab an old Mosin Nagant. :) Still useful information, and of course you have the risk associated with component failure.

Probably not a tight enough fit on the bore for the round to make much pressure. Probably won't blow your hands off, but still I'd exercise caution on the first firing.

you copied that out of one of the Frankford Arsenal 'Black Books' of Improvised Munitions. I've had those things since the mid-80's... The books that is. The plans they give you for making rifles and pistols are for one use only: so you can use it to shoot an enemy troop and take his weapon. |
