Lots of those here in Arkansas... but I saw one in Mississippi that also sold single mixed drinks through the side window, just like a McDonalds. Big paper cup, lid, straw, little plastic umbrella... I think there's some kind of "open bottle law" here, though.

MI had drive through "party stores" in the late 80's early 90's. They sold a variety of items. Not sure what ever happened to them though.
