I had access to another site with a lot of information for survival skills and various references for survival information. However, they shutdown the site long ago.

everyone - It is always good to download various books/manuals etc as one never knows when a site will be gone or if something were to happen to restrict the flow of informatioon the net. External hard drives, dvd +/-r, etc have come down in price and it makes it easy to store loads of information for when it is needed. Of course printed books are good to have too (and I love a good book), but one can store a much larger amount electronically.
