Hand crank grain mills

I bought a Wonder Mill 'Wonder Jr' today. I just finished assembly and set it up. It seems to be made well and even came with a separate set of stainless steel burs for making nut butters etc. We eat alot of almond and sunflower butter so these will save me a fortune. I'll grind some wheat when I get some time and post the outcome.
I bought it from these guys. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] What a great company to deal with. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. They had just about everything you could possibly think of and even offered a nice discount.

Yep, that's it.
Have you ever seen that Amish chick who is built like a refrigerator with legs?
I now have reason to believe that she's the miller.
It took about 15 minutes of steady cranking to produce 2 cups of wheat flour.
It was nice and fine like pastry powder. It's gone now, the pancakes were good but I will be ordering the motorized attachment soon. The mill worked great manually, but I do love electricity.

Also: There is a really good review of the major grain mills here at the Walton Feed site:

I've seen an Amish woman that looked as wide as a refrigerator already :D

Nice

That is a nice machine..
I got into baking different breads for awhile. Really simple too do. You can use your whole grains and make some great healthy bread.
Toss some honey or whatever flavors you like in.
The expensive junk we buy in the stores is nothing but saw dust.
