a plastic/nylon 80% lower?

you know i often wondered about this --why no one has done it-

i have a cav arms lower for several years and it has been good.

it is made of two big pieces and one end cap for the butt.

you know i wonder how hard it would be to make a 80% finished lower kit?

you know you could have two pieces and plasti-weld/glue/bolt or screw them together --then drill and cut out the sections for the FCG--

any reasons why no one has done it?
