I'm new to ak building.....is this set up good for all of the rivets needed to finish an ak? does it include the bolt cutters, or are these just the heads? -Mike

Well they are bolt cutters(hardend jaws) and I mill not grind so whatever hardness they start out with they end up with. Hope that answers your question..Pat
