that is one of the fal's i dont have. i messed around and was going to buy a kit later to build one, but i never got around to buying one.
i am glad you bought it. it looks very nice. thanks for posting a picture of it.

If it was built by Springfield then the parts should be in decent shape. Some of the barrels in some parts kits were really rough but there were new barrels available. On a side note, if it was built by Springfield, they didn't rethread the Israeli barrels to match the receiver threads. They forced the 26 mm threaded barrels in to the one inch threaded receivers. Not a big deal if you never have to change the barrel.

I saw one recently at a show, all Isralei parts on an Imbel receiver for $1400. This thing was beautiful!
