Taking into account the manís state, 73-year-old clerk Fred Price refused to sell him the beer. The lout then threatened Price, showing the clerk what appeared to be a gun in his waistband. Price responded by retrieving a gun and holding the criminal at gunpoint until police could arrive. Upon inspection, the drunken manís weapon turned out to be a BB gun. This is the second time in three years Price has been forced to defend his store.
