Postak Alaska: House Finance Committee Postpones Hearing on No-Duty-to-Retreat Legislatio
The state House Finance Committee has postponed its hearing on House Bill 80 that was scheduled for today at 5:00 p.m. HB 80 is expected to be heard on Monday, April 4. HB 80 would remove the duty-to-retreat in Alaska.
