Anti-Gun Zealot Targeting Ammunition in North Carolina!

For several years, anti-gun activist Reverend Melvin Whitley has been promoting a âBullet Ownership Bill,â which would require anyone who wishes to purchase ammunition to first acquire a permit. While his efforts have yet to gain any traction, this year Whitley is hoping the Durham City Council will add his bill to its agenda of legislative proposals submitted to the North Carolina General Assembly.
