Postak Arizona: Firearms Preemption Bill Sent to the State Senate
On March 6, the Arizona state House of Representatives voted 37 to 21 to pass House Bill 2729, an important firearms preemption bill. HB2729 will now be sent to the state Senate where it will be assigned to appropriate committees for consideration.
