Arkansas: âRight to Hunt and Fishâ Amendment Passes the House!
 

On Monday, April 6, the Arkansas House of Representatives passed Senate Joint Resolution 3, Arkansasâ Right to Hunt and Fish Constitutional Amendment, by a vote of 70 to 9. SJR3 will now be placed on the 2010 General Election ballot to be considered by the voters.
