As to the reps, I like our State Constitution

Article 3.
Franchise and Elections.
5. Idiots and insane persons.
No idiot or insane person shall be entitled to the privileges of an elector.

Tanvil ;you would not know what to do here where I am. No building codes, no inspectors, no permits of any kind. You could be a land baron also!! Heh..Heh.

I'm looking at an ad now for 56 acres at $850.00 an acre !! Ponds, woods, pasture. Usually you have to spend a thousand an acre :nanabang::nanabang::nanabang:

Property taxes are pretty steep though. For our 20 acre farm we had to pay almost THREE HUNDRED dollars this year!!:whisker::rofl::rofl:

Yeah, I paid $1000 an acre. No codes, nothing. I stopped at a concrete place about a septic, he said, lol, "use an outhouse, my uncle has the property behind you, hope you don't mind shootin'"

Good people, good times :)
