Postak Calderon faults US guns for Mexico violence

Mexican President Felipe Calderon called on Congress on Thursday to reinstate a federal ban on assault weapons that he said are ending up in the hands of violent drug cartels south of the border, using a highly contentious estimate of U.S. guns seized in Mexico when addressing Capitol Hill lawmakers.

Why is it that guns (allegedly) going south are our fault, and drugs coming north are also our fault?

Because we have a president who is unwilling to stand up for his country. He seems to like the bent over position!!!

Obama should have said he agrees to disagree with the mex president. Showing some backbone in protecting our laws and our will. Instead he bends over and agrees its all our fault.

after his speech here thay should have tarred and feathered him and stuffed him in a garbage can and sent him home with a warning to clean up his act at home!! I can't believe the pos's we have running our country applauding this guy after he insulted all of us.

what B.S. They want to stop all that crap, just secure the boarder.

Wow it was easy to solve that problem and its a win win for us.

now all we have to do is figure out an even easier way to say it so politicians can understand it. <--- this is the hard one

yep-- US made firearms and aid money given to mexican military and police seem to find their way to drug lords pretty quickly!

maybe we should stop sending all this free stuff to the mexican government?
