But the injunction appears to have been issued based on a claim of a lack of an environment impact study.
In other words, bullets that MIGHT be fired, someday, were not accounted for by the original ruling. I assume the hypothetical impact of these yet-unfired bullets on the yellow-spotted mountain lion-turd-eating beatle was too important to the Brady organization for them to let citizens carry loaded firearms through and in parks.
