Delaware: Plaintiffs appeal judge's ruling for restrictions on guns in public housing
 

A federal judge's ruling upholding restrictions on guns in Delaware public housing is being challenged.The judge last month ruled that the Wilmington Housing Authority could prohibit residents from possessing guns in common areas except when they are taking firearms to or from their living quarters.
