    Postak Fight to Protect Veterans from Federal Gun Control Prosecution

    Montana's Congressman, Denny Rehberg, today urged Congress to pass the Veterans' Firearms Heritage Act which he introduced earlier this year. The legislation would rectify a law that currently treats World War II and the Korean War veterans like criminals for not registering war relic firearms with the federal government.

    I wish this law would cover Viet Nam bring backs too.

    This would put about at least 5,000 Chinese and Russian AKs and SKSs on the legal open market.
    Lot of guys were mailing them home. Law makes too much sense. I am sure it wont pass.
