Ignorance of the law helped clear Sheriff Jerry Demings' political lobbyist of wrongdoing for handing out gun owners' restricted driver's license photos last year in Tallahassee to lobby against an open carry law, Orange County sheriff's records show.

Dont quite understand what happened on that one?
But my neighbors here are Orange County Sheriffs.
We sit and drink the devils brew and B.S. so I will ask them what happened?
A restricted drivers license is usually for a D.U.I...
This does not mean you loose your carry permit, but you can not buy from an FFL..
D.O.T. in Florida was selling our driver license, names, address too junk mailers.
They put a stop to that, making it illegal too do.
I bought a motor cycle.
Two weeks after the purchase. My mailbox was filled with junk mail for bike adds.
Now who knew I bought the bike except the D.O.T..?????
That Sheriff may have been let off by the Chief.
Now begins the lawsuit.
Buck up Orange County, a tax rise is coming too pay for that one.
