As reported last week, state Senator Don Balfour (R-9) intends to introduce a floor amendment to Senate Bill 350 which could come up for a vote on the Senate floor this week. This amendment would allow transportation and storage of firearms in locked personal vehicles while on publicly-accessible parking lots. The Georgia Chamber of Commerce released an alert opposing Senator Balfour’s amendment and is encouraging others to oppose it as well. Do not allow the Georgia Chamber to infringe on your right to defend yourself!
