Germany to curb gun rights

The left-right 'grand coalition' has agreed to present a series of measures to parliament in late May tightening arms control laws, several dailies said. Proposals include banning paintball, limiting youth access to shooting sports, an electronic registry of firearms and biometric gun security systems.
