Governor Jay Nixon Still Needs to Take Action on Missouriâs Omnibus Pro-Gun Bill!
 

On May 13, the Missouri General Assembly gave final approval to the NRA-backed House Bill 294. On May 26, HB 294 was delivered to the Governorâs desk for his signature. Under Missouri law, Governor Nixon has 45 days from the date he receives a bill to take action on that legislation. As of today, Missouriâs Omnibus Gun bill was sent to the Governor twenty-seven days ago. This means he has until July 9 to sign or veto the legislation. Please contact Governor Jay Nixon and ask him to sign HB 294 into law!
