Gun Control Measures Disappearing in New York
 

New York gun owners finally have something to celebrate -- a rare double victory in the Empire State.  The New York state budget has been sent to Governor Andrew Cuomo and the Legislature’s budget removed both microstamping and CoBIS, the costly state ballistic identification database that consumed millions of taxpayer dollars while failing to solve a single crime.
