In "Three questions on ballot worthy of voter supportâ, The Oklahoman questioned the need for State Question 742, which gives voters the choice to permanently preserve in the Oklahoma Constitution the right to hunt and fish. You suggested waiting until a crisis develops before proposing the amendment. The crisis in question here would be the imposition of hunting bans.
