As the first month of the 2013 legislative session in Idaho comes to a close, an important Right to Carry reform bill has been introduced in the state House.  House Bill 192, by the House State Affairs Committee, would create an enhanced concealed carry license option for those applicants who choose to undergo additional training for more carry benefits.
