Illinois: Woodford to weigh in on concealed-carry

Woodford County voters will weigh in this November on a topic that some gun-rights advocates think has been ignored too long in Springfield. The County Board on Monday agreed to put a non-binding referendum on the general election ballot asking whether residents want state legislators to enact laws allowing trained citizens to carry concealed firearms.
